General Terms and Conditions
- 1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and private customers
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all deliveries and services between Jürgen Rost and a customer in the version valid at the time of commissioning.
- 2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of personal data
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to all services offered.

(3) The presentation of services on the brunner-rost.com website does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the client to order services. By ordering the desired service, the client submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The offer shall be accepted by telephone or in writing in text form.
(4) Upon receipt of an order via the following e-mail inbox;

(5) Data storage
When placing an order via the above-mentioned e-mail inbox, the customer automatically accepts these General Terms and Conditions:
- 3 Prices, payment, due date
(1) The quoted or agreed prices generally include statutory VAT and other price components. Unless otherwise agreed, any travel costs shall be added; these are to be requested prior to commissioning.
(2) The client has the option of paying in cash on the day the service is provided or by bank transfer within three days of the service being provided.
- 4 Delivery
(1) The Contractor shall endeavor to inform the Client of the next possible date for the provision of the service. However, it is possible that several days or even weeks may pass between the commissioning and the actual provision of the service. If a date is specified by the Contractor and accepted by the Client, this date must be adhered to by both parties.
(2) If, for special reasons, a deadline cannot be met by one of the contracting parties, the other contracting party must be informed immediately and an alternative date must be agreed.
- 5 Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer
Customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal free of charge.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the appointment.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including any additional travel expenses, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable compensation of €50.
